The first two pictures are of the TOKYO CITY HALL.  Visitors can take an elevator to the upper floors and view the city while enjoying coffee and cheesecake.  The other six pictures were taken from the city hall building and should give you a general idea about the tremendous size of the city.  There are buildings as far as the eye can see.  Furthermore, most of the smaller buildings in these pictures are taller than the buildings in downtown Billings.

The picture to the right is a group photo of the SKYVIEW HIGH SCHOOL JAPAN CLUB, which was taken in the viewing area of the TOKYO CITY HALL BUILDING.  From left to right are members Chris, Carlos, Peyton, Chase, and Michelle.
